Effectiveness of the Policy

We process your personal data such as name, surname, TR identity number, nationality, country, city, passport number, place and date of issue, signature, vehicle license plate number, company, profession, address, e-mail address, phone number, load information, registration process information, payment information, request or complaint data, website data, transaction security information, and camera records (if applicable), in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for the purposes set out in the TurnRoster Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy ("Policy") accessible at "turnroster.com/privacy", primarily for the execution of our business.
We protect your personal data by taking all necessary technical and administrative measures for the periods foreseen in the Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy accessible from the same address. We delete, destroy, or anonymize it in the periodic destruction period (6 months) following the expiration of this period.
